Man, I saw that Brian Soria had announced last year that 2022 would be the last of his Drawlloween daily drawing challenge that I have taken part in since 2015 (due, he said, to the uphill battle to get past social media algorithms that keep unpaid, unboosted content from being seen widely, and really, it’s a lot of work for so little return, especially if you are performing to an empty room, so to speak). I had decided I could take an October easy for once, and now have a gig or other event planned for each weekend of the Fall month, but now I see that Drawlloween IS going to take place and the calendar of new prompts is out!
So I guess I HAVE to now! Oh well, I love having the challenge each day, and I really have done some nice artwork for it that I would never have done on my own, even if only a handful of people see any of it each year. The few who like it, will be happy.
