The famous offspring celebrity caricature challenge for January continues for day 25, giving the subject as daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, Kelly Osbourne.
For this one, I kept getting a glimpse of the Disney villain from The Little Mermaid, Ursula, the sea witch, but with her hair color and skin color switched. That was what drove this interpretation and I think you can see from the reference photos below that the math holds up.
