The day 4 subject of the month-long challenge to do a specific caricature each day during January, has been rendered thusly by me via digital app Procreate on my iPad Pro, using the Apple Pencil in lieu of real world materials.
I’m trying to ramp up the exaggeration on these exercises, (since there is no subject sitting in front of me to object to it) but, as usual, am having trouble going big on the exaggerating and keeping the likeness. I want to stop spending so much time rendering also, and try a light touch, but neither plan seems to be going as planned. The good thing about such a long challenge, is each day brings a new opportunity to get it right. See you tomorrow.
